You can only apply ONE (1) discount per camper per week.
- earlybird discount (automatically applied during online process): $15 off/week (full days), $10 off/week (half days). Registration and payment must be received by June 1, 2017 to qualify.
- 7 or more weeks: only applies to those registering for 7 or more weeks. Upon registration completion, email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the 7+ week discount with the full name of your camper(s), as this cannot be selected during the online process.
While camp will continue at designated shelter or indoor facility until inclement weather clears, soccer and active games will likely not be played indoors. There are no refunds due to bad weather.
Transportation is NOT Provided
Transportation is not provided to or from camp, however, if camp must travel offsite for any reason, you will be notified by our onsite staff. If your camper is not being signed in by a parent/guardian daily, please complete a Transportation Release form available during the online registration process.
We strive to maintain a nut-free camp and ask you to refrain from sending peanuts or nut products to camp.
Service Animal / Support Persons Policy
We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on the parts of our premises that are open to the public. A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises. All feedback, including complaints, will be handled in the following manner: Dealt with on an individual basis by Managers and Program Director as needed. Customers can expect to hear back in 1 to 3 days. Royal City Soccer Club will make sure our feedback process is accessible to people with disabilities by providing or arranging for accessible formats and communication supports, on request.
Ball & Shirt Policy
Campers will only receive 1 soccer ball & 1 tshirt. If a camper attends 5 or more weeks of camp, he/she will receive a 2nd ball & tshirt on his/her 5th week of camp. The RCSC is not responsible for lost of stolen items.
For any medical issues or life threatening allergies, please complete the Medical/Epipen form available during the online registration process.
Extra LATE pickup charge
Pick up after 5:30pm will be subject to a $15 per 15 minute charge. We reserve the right to ask you to withdraw from camp for multiple occurrences.
Afternoon sessions consist of a less structured format that typically includes an afternoon leisure swim and/or camp games (swim is optional but most campers do participate). Campers aged 5 to 7 cannot register for afternoon only sessions, however, they can still register for full days or mornings where available. Any swim concerns, see your onsite supervisor.
The swim is fully supervised by camp staff & pool lifeguards but is subject to availability, ratios & regulations (some locations may not swim every day). Some campers may be required to rotate or share swim time.
No wait list
We do not have a wait list for any of our camps, however if registering for multiple weeks or multiple family members and a week is unavailable, contact the Registration office at 1-800-427-0536.
Changes to camp weeks
All changes to your weeks of camp after initial registration are subject to a $10 fee per occurrence.
There is a non-refundable $30 administration fee per child if you wish to cancel any week of camp. If written cancellation is received by the registration office at least 14 days prior to start of the camp week, a refund (less the non-refundable $30 admin fee per child) will be provided. If written cancellation is made to the registration office within 14 days of camp starting, consideration will be only given to either switching weeks of camp or camp credit for next year. No refunds will be provided once camp has started and days missed for any reason cannot be refunded or made up. There are no refunds given due to bad weather. All refunds will be made after September 1, 2017.
NSF cheques, stop payments and returned payments are subject to a $25 service charge.
Post Dated Cheques
We require payment to secure your spot. If registering for multiple weeks, you can postdate cheques no later than 14 days prior to each week of camp for the additional weeks. To reserve your spot instantly, please complete the online registration form and make payment by credit card or you may run the risk of the camp filling up before receiving your cheque.
We ask you to sign in and out each day with our staff to help us track attendance and provide security for your camper.
Anti Bullying Policy
We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all participants in our programs. Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated in our camps. Creating a bully free environment starts with our staff being role models and active participants in the camp experience of all campers.
I agree to release and indemnify the Royal City Soccer Club (RCSC), its employees and volunteers from any claims for loss, injury to persons and property however caused, while participating in the chosen activity, which I, or any person claiming through me or on my behalf, may at any time have, arising out of or connected with the operation of the said activity. I acknowledge that camp photos and video taken at soccer camp remain the sole property of such, and that they may be used in future and current marketing campaigns including our website. I agree that RCSC can collect, use, disclose and store personal information for purposes of grouping campers, collecting/processing payments, and email or mail promotional/marketing material. I give permission to the RCSC and its employees and volunteers to arrange for and facilitate bussing camper(s) to or from venues, if necessary. RCSC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
