We would like to take this opportunity to thank our various supporters across the country! Thanks to their generosity, thousands of children get the opportunity to participate in our camps that may not otherwise have the chance. Being a non-profit organization, the Royal City Soccer Club strives to keep the cost of camp as low as possible to make available the opportunity for as many families to participate in our program as possible.
At Royal City, we believe that summer day camp experiences have a long-lasting impact on every camper who attends. We aim to build life skills such as leadership, confidence, problem solving and team building in our campers while promoting a active, healthy lifestyle. Donations to the Royal City Fund helps families that are in financial need to provide their children with an opportunity that will last a lifetime.
Royal City has a long history of generously supporting campers with financial need through strong relationships with local community organizations. We recognize that all children should have the opportunity to participate in summer camp. Each year, Royal City donates hundreds of weeks of camps to over 70 organizations across Canada including Children’s Aid Societies, Boys and Girls Clubs, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and many other family and children organizations. We also donate camp weeks to school fundraisers. While we don’t provide donations directly to individual families, we do work with many organizations across the country that we’d be glad to put you in touch with.
As a non-profit organization, we aim to keep camp costs to a minimum to ensure that all children can attend. But we recognize some families may have some financial constraints preventing them attending our camps. In addition to many others, here are 2 organizations we’ve worked closely with to assist in creating as many opportunities for under-privileged children as we can.
