Ottawa Summer Soccer Camps

Welcome to Royal City Soccer Club - Ottawa camps!

We are excited to offer our Summer Soccer Camp at 3 locations in Ottawa this year. Each location offers Full Day and Morning (half-day) sessions.  All campers will receive a soccer ball and camp medal (at the end of the week) in addition to some amazing instruction and supervision by our dedicated camp staff.  We can’t wait to see you! Ottawa - Brewer Park

Brewer Park – 100 Brewer Way, Ottawa, ON K1S 5T1

Nearest Intersection:
Sunnyside Ave & Bronson Ave

Drop Off and Directions:
Drop off in parking lot on the corner of Brewer way south of Brewer Park Community Garden. Field is East of parking lot.

Afternoon Swim Location:

Brewer Pool – schedule to be confirmed

Indoor Facilities:
Fourth Avenue Baptist Church

Indoor facilities are used only during inclement weather. Please note that locations and facilities may change based on availability, and any updates will be communicated to parents promptly.

Some swim facilities require all campers to complete a lifeguard-administered swim test. Campers who do not pass the swim test may have limited swim time or be subject to other pool restrictions. Certain pools mandate that campers of specific ages wear lifejackets at all times, regardless of swimming ability.

Daily swimming is not guaranteed and is dependent on the availability of pool facilities.

Ottawa - Pinecrest Park

Pinecrest Park Sports Field – 2250 Torquay Ave. Ottawa, ON K2C 1J3

Drop Off and Directions:
From the Queensway, head south on Greenbank Rd. Turn left onto Baseline Rd then left on Cobden Rd. Turn right to enter the Pinecrest Recreation Complex parking lot. Drop-off is at the north end of the Pinecrest Recreation Complex parking lot in front of the tennis courts. Please note that drop-off is NOT inside the Pinecrest Recreation Complex.

Drop Off and Directions:
Soccer field is north of Sawmill Elementry School along the path and through the trees. Between Bank St. and D’Aoust Ave. Campers can be dropped off in the parking lot at Sawmill Elementary school. Field is along the path past the trees.

Registration Policies.

Please review our terms and conditions below. By completing a camp registration, you are agreeing to our policies and terms and conditions.

 

  • All cancellation requests received are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per camper.
  • If written cancellation is received by the registration office at least 14 days BEFORE the start of the camp week, a refund (less the $100 cancellation fee per child) will be provided.
  • If written cancellation is made to the registration office within 14 days of camp starting, consideration will only be given to either switching weeks OR a camp credit.
  • No refunds will be provided once camp has started for any reason.
  • There are no refunds given due to bad weather.
  • Refunds will not be provided for days that a camper does not attend camp due to illness or other commitment.
  • Any changes to your registered weeks of camp (i.e. switch to another week) are subject to a $15 fee per occurrence.
  • All credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable 2.4% processing fee.

Royal City Soccer Club reserves the right to change or update our policies, terms and conditions, and/or programming. This includes instances where the Ministry of Health or health professionals may make recommendations and/or changes to infectious disease guidelines prior to and/or during the summer.

Camp will continue at a designated shelter or indoor facility until any severe weather clears. However, regular soccer and active games might not be played indoors during this time. There are no refunds due to bad weather.

We have extended hours available for purchase during the registration process.

For MORNING sessions:

  • Before care: 8 – 8:30am ($30/camper per week)
  • After care: 12:30 – 1pm ($30/camper per week)
  • Before & after care:   ($50/camper per week)

For FULL DAY sessions:

  • Before care: 8 – 8:30am ($30/camper per week)
  • After care: 4:30 – 5pm ($30/camper per week)
  • Before & after care:   ($50/camper per week)

During these extended care times, your child will be supervised by our staff while engaging in a variety of quiet or active informal activities. The before and after care service is non-refundable regardless of how many days that week you wish to use the service.

We ask you to make sure you pick up your camper(s) by 5pm at the latest (if you have purchased extended care).

If you pick up your camper(s) after 5:00pm, there is a $20 fee per 15 minute delay. We reserve the right to ask you to withdraw from camp for multiple late pick up occurrences past 5:00pm.
