Extended Care

Offering extended care hours at our summer day camp provides a valuable service to our camp families.

We understand that busy schedules can make drop-off and pick-up times challenging, so we’re proud to offer convenient extended care hours to support our camp families. This service ensures every child has the opportunity to enjoy an enriching summer camp experience while accommodating your family’s needs.

Families First – Convenient Extended Care Options

Being able to drop off campers a bit earlier or pick up a bit later better aligns with standard working hours, without compromising your child’s participation in this enriching summer camp experience.

Our standard camp hours are:

  • Morning Sessions: 9:00am – 12:00pm (drop off: 8:30-9:00am, pick up: 12:00-12:30pm)
  • Full Day Sessions: 9:00am – 4:00pm (drop off: 8:30-9:00am, pick up: 4:00-4:30pm)

We recognize that many families have busy schedules and for some, these drop off and pick up times might not be convenient. Take advantage of our extended care hours (for a weekly fee, per camper).

Extended Care Options & Fees

Extended care can be added during the online camp registration process for a weekly fee:

Morning sessions:

  • Before care:  8 – 8:30 am ($30/camper per week)
  • After care: 12:30 – 1pm ($30/camper per week)
  • Before & after care ($50/camper per week)

Full Day sessions:

  • Before care:  8 – 8:30 am ($30/camper per week)
  • After care: 4:30 – 5pm ($30/camper per week)
  • Before & after care ($50/camper per week)

During extended care, your child will be supervised by our responsible staff and can participate in a mix of quiet and active informal activities.

Late Pickup Policy

Pick up after5:00 pm (for full day sessions) will incur a charge of $20 per 15 minutes. We reserve the right to ask you to withdraw from camp for multiple late pick ups past 5:00pm.
