We are excited to offer our Summer Camp in Kamloops this year. Each location offers Full Day and Morning (half-day) sessions. All campers will receive a soccer ball and camp medal (at the end of the week) in addition to some amazing instruction and supervision by our dedicated camp staff. We can’t wait to see you! Indoor facility is used during inclement weather only. Locations/facilities are subject to change based on availability (any changes will be communicated to parents). If your camper is unable to pass the pool lifeguard administered swim test, your camper swim time may be limited or be subject to other pool restrictions. Certain pools require some ages to wear lifejackets at all times regardless of swim ability.

Camp registrations must be paid in full (or with instalment arrangements to pay in full) to secure your spot at camp. Requests for changes and/or cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. All change and/or cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@royalsoccer.com. Please note, this applies to new registrations made for the 2026 camp season and does not apply for camp sessions, services or camp gear purchased in any previous season where credits were issued. Cancellation and change requests will be subject to the following:
Royal City Soccer Club reserves the right NOT to offer refunds or camp credits once a camp week has started under any circumstances, including, but not limited to:
Royal City Soccer Club reserves the right to modify or update policies, terms and conditions, and/or programming as required, including in response to recommendations from the Ministry of Health or other health professionals. This may include changes related to public health guidance, infectious disease protocols, vaccination policies, or factors impacting indoor or outdoor venue availability.
While our camp is primarily outdoors, we have plans in place for inclement weather, including rain, extreme heat, or other conditions. Campers may move indoors or take shelter in a designated area until it is safe to resume outdoor activities, depending on facility availability.
Light mist or brief showers usually won’t affect scheduled outdoor activities. On occasion, a school bus (or equivalent) may be needed to transport campers to a nearby indoor facility. Supervisors will make every effort to notify parents if offsite transportation is required.
Indoor programming may be adapted to suit the space. Please note that camp fees are non-refundable due to inclement weather.

During these extended care times, your child will be supervised by our staff while engaging in a variety of quiet or active informal activities. The before and after care service is non-refundable regardless of how many days that week you wish to use the service and pro-rated refunds will not be provided for days where the services were not used.
Our camp days are active for both campers and staff, so we ask that families adhere to their scheduled pick-up times. Late pick-ups beyond the designated times will incur a $20 fee per 15 minutes, payable directly to on-site staff (cash only). Repeated late pick-ups may result in withdrawal from the program.
