Full Day Sessions

Our full day sessions are the most popular but have limited capacity. Full day sessions combine the soccer focus of the morning sessions (daily warm up, individual skill development, fun team games, soccer scrimmages and mini-Royal Cups) with an afternoon session full of more traditional camp games and a possible recreational swim (where available). Morning sessions are taught in an average group ratio of 10 campers to 1 staff member (younger campers will have smaller ratios) while afternoon sessions consist of a much smaller supervision ratio, especially in the pool. During the afternoon portion, campers will play various camp games and enjoy a leisure swim at the nearby pool for approximately one hour (some locations may not swim every day). During the afternoon leisure swim, our campers are fully supervised by camp staff and pool lifeguards in accordance with local regulations. There are limited spaces available for full day sessions to ensure supervision ratios are safe and meet the pool regulations. In some locations, children aged 5, 6 or 7 may not be eligible to register for full day sessions due to restrictive pool ratios.  For most pool facilities, swim tests are conducted by local pool lifeguards (not the camp staff).  If your camper does not pass the swim test, their swim may be subject to pool restrictions, including limited swim time due to swimmer rotations in the pool. If you have any concerns pertaining to the swimming portion of camp, speak to your onsite Supervisor or contact us at 1-800-427-0536.

It is important to note there is no soccer instruction in the afternoon.  Soccer specific activities may or may not be played in the afternoons due to weather and other factors.  Programming for full-day sessions is subject to change without notice depending on Public Health recommendations and restrictions.

Testimonials

Love that half day is an option. Then my son liked it so much he wanted to join in on the full day, and we appreciated that it was swimming - something different. Staff were very friendly and positive and made my son feel comfortable

- Nicholette A, Saskatoon

Our counsellors were exceptional. Excellent communication with parents and accommodated both kids very well. Both children want to return to camp simply to spend more time with both counsellors. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

- Julie D, Burlington

My son really, really enjoyed this camp. Grateful that he had a fun place to go that was engaging and active with a great group of staff that interacted with the kids in such a positive way.

- Kelly B, Vancouver

My son loved this camp! We did multiple camps throughout the city this summer and this was one of my sons favorite! We will definitely be looking into this camp for multiple weeks next summer!”

- Kelly D, Calgary

Excellent Staff! Great mix of skill-building while still having fun.

- Vycki A, Winnipeg

My daughter loved this camp! She talked about activities daily - scrimmages, learning how to dribble. Great staff!! We will register her for sessions again next summer.

- Kelly S, Edmonton

My boys had an incredible week! They spoke very highly of the counsellors and their level of engagement with the children was amazing. Playing outside all day and a swim in the afternoon, keeping young children entertained and happy all day is not easy!

- Katrina M, Ottawa

Great program! My son loved it! And we plan to register again next year. The staff were really amazing. I was very impressed with them considering how many kids attend. It was really well organized and its great to have a variety of games and activities. Great job!

- Jen S, Vancouver

This was my son’s first time at camp. As a first-timer at the age of 5 I was nervous about how he’d react. He loved it! Couldn’t wait to go back every day and it tuckered him out! Win win.”

- Lindsay B, London

It was a really good experience for my daughter she had fun and gained some confidence. She would like to do it again.

- Linda S, Burnaby

My child never once complained about going to this camp! He loved it, learned new things, met new kids and was kept active, interested and entertained!

- Jolyn S, Halifax

It was our first year of soccer camp and my son loved it. The location is great and I love how they go to the pool. Each time I picked up my son he was actively engaged in a game or activity.

- Rita S, Calgary

My child had a great week, he learned important skills, not just soccer but sportsmanship and listening. My child has special needs(autistic) and the staff was great with him. Thank you for such a great first experience for him.
