CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY
- Camp registrations must be paid in full to secure your spot at camp.
- All cancellations must be sent in writing to the registration office at info@royalsoccer.com.
- Any canceled weeks of camp will be subject to a non-refundable $60 administration fee per participant.
- If written cancellation is received by the registration office at least 14 days prior to start of the camp week, a refund (less the non-refundable $60 admin fee per child) will be provided.
- If written cancellation is made to the registration office within 14 days of camp starting, consideration will be only given to either switching weeks or camp credit for next year.
- No refunds will be provided once camp has started for any reason. There are no refunds given due to bad weather.
- Any changes to your registered weeks of camp (i.e. switch to another week) after May 1, 2023 are subject to a $10 fee per occurrence.
- All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.
CAMP BALL & SHIRT POLICY
Campers will receive only 1 camp soccer ball & 1 t-shirt for the first 4 weeks of camp. If a camper attends 5 or more weeks of camp, camper will receive a 2nd camp ball & t-shirt on their 5th week of camp. The RCSC is not responsible for lost of stolen items.
PROGRAMMING
Royal City Soccer Club reserves the right to change or update our policies, terms and conditions and/or programming as the Ministry of Health or health professionals may make recommendations and/or changes to the COVID-19 (or other infectious diseases) guidelines prior to and/or during the summer.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Camp will continue at designated shelter or indoor facility until inclement weather clears, however regular soccer and active games may likely not be played indoors. There are no refunds due to bad weather.
EXTENDED CARE
We have extended hours available for purchase during the registration process.
For MORNING session:
- Before care: 8 – 8:30am ($20/camper per week)
- After care: 12:30 – 1pm ($20/camper per week)
- Before & after care: ($30/camper per week)
For FULL DAY session:
- Before care: 8 – 8:30am ($20/camper per week)
- After care: 4:30 – 5pm ($20/camper per week)
- Before & after care: ($30/camper per week)
During these extended care times, your child will be supervised by our responsible staff while engaging in a variety of quiet or active informal activities. The before & after care service is non-refundable regardless of how many days that week you wish to use the service.
LATE PICK UP
We ask you to make sure you pick up your camper(s) by 5pm at the latest (if you have purchased extended care). If you pick up your camper(s) after 5:00pm, there is a $15 per 15 minute charge daily. We reserve the right to ask you to withdraw from camp for multiple late pick up occurrences past 5:00pm.
