Winnipeg Summer Soccer Camps

Welcome to Royal City Soccer Club - Winnipeg camps !

We are excited to offer our Summer Soccer Camp at 3 locations in Winnipeg this year. Each location offers Full Day and Morning (half-day) sessions.  All campers will receive a soccer ball and camp medal (at the end of the week) in addition to some amazing instruction and supervision by our dedicated camp staff.  We can’t wait to see you! Winnipeg SE - Civic Park

Civic Park (located near): – 166 Antrim Rd., Winnipeg, MB R2K 3L2

Drop Off and Directions:
Drop off in the Burton E. Galvin School parking lot

Afternoon Swim Location:
Elmwood Kildonan Pool – Daily (please see special notes below)

Indoor facilities are used only during inclement weather. Please note that locations and facilities may change based on availability, and any updates will be communicated to parents promptly.

Some swim facilities require all campers to complete a lifeguard-administered swim test. Campers who do not pass the swim test may have limited swim time or be subject to other pool restrictions. Certain pools mandate that campers of specific ages wear lifejackets at all times, regardless of swimming ability.

Daily swimming is not guaranteed and is dependent on the availability of pool facilities.

This camp location does not have access to a permanent restroom facility.  As such, a portable toilet and hand washing station will be onsite for the convenience of all camp participants.  We encourage everyone to maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene when using portable toilets.

Registration Policies.

Please review our terms and conditions below. By completing a camp registration, you are agreeing to our policies and terms and conditions.

 

  • All camp registrations are subject to a full refund (minus the credit card processing fee) for any reason prior to April 1, 2026, if the request is made to Head Office in writing on or before March 31, 2026.
  • Requests for changes and/or cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.  All change and/or cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@royalsoccer.com.  
  • Cancellation and change requests for camp sessions purchased on or after March 31, 2026, will be subject to the following:
            • A cancellation request received 21 days or more prior to the start of the registered camp week will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee per camper per week.
            • Any change in registration or cancellation request received between 7 and 21 days prior to start of the registered camp week will be subject to one of the following ONLY:
                    • A camp credit to be used for the 2027 summer camp season
                    • Changing to another camp week (depending on availability) and be charged a $20 administrative fee (per camper, per week)
            • Any change in registration or cancellation request received within 7 days of the start of the registered camp week will not be granted for ANY reason.
            • Once the camp week has started, refunds will not be provided for any reason.
  • There are no refunds given due to bad weather.
  • Refunds will not be provided for days that a camper does not attend camp due to illness or other commitment.
  • Any changes to your registered weeks of camp (i.e. switch to another week) are subject to a $20 fee per occurrence.
  • All credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable 2.4% processing fee.

Royal City Soccer Club reserves the right to change or update our policies, terms and conditions, and/or programming. This includes instances where the Ministry of Health or health professionals may make recommendations and/or changes to infectious disease guidelines prior to and/or during the summer.

Camp will continue at a designated shelter or indoor facility until any severe weather clears. However, regular soccer and active games might not be played indoors during this time. There are no refunds due to bad weather.

We have extended hours available for purchase during the registration process.

For MORNING sessions:

  • Before care: 8 – 8:30am ($35/camper per week)
  • After care: 12:30 – 1pm ($35/camper per week)
  • Before & after care:   ($60/camper per week)

For FULL DAY sessions:

  • Before care: 8 – 8:30am ($35/camper per week)
  • After care: 4:30 – 5pm ($35/camper per week)
  • Before & after care:   ($60/camper per week)

During these extended care times, your child will be supervised by our staff while engaging in a variety of quiet or active informal activities. The before and after care service is non-refundable regardless of how many days that week you wish to use the service.

We ask you to make sure you pick up your camper(s) by 5pm at the latest (if you have purchased extended care).

If you pick up your camper(s) after 5:00pm, there is a $20 fee per 15 minute delay. We reserve the right to ask you to withdraw from camp for multiple late pick up occurrences past 5:00pm.
