London Summer Soccer Camps

Welcome to Royal City Soccer Club - London camps !

We are excited to offer our Summer Soccer Camp at 3 locations in London this year. Each location offers Full Day and Morning (half-day) sessions. All campers will receive a soccer ball and camp medal (at the end of the week) in addition to some amazing instruction and supervision by our dedicated camp staff. We can’t wait to see you! London - Banting

Sir Frederick Banting Secondary School – 125 Sherwood Forest Square, London, ON N6G 2C3

Camp Location Details

Nearest Intersection:
Sherwood Forest Square & Wonderland Rd N

Drop Off and Directions:
From Sarnia Rd, head north on Wonderland Rd N. Turn left at Sherwood Forest Square. Turn left to enter driveway to the school parking lot. Follow the driveway to the side-back of the school. Drop-off is in the parking lot right in front of the field.

Please note that drop-off is NOT inside Sir Frederick Banting Secondary School.

Afternoon Swim Location:
Weeks 1 – 7 – Canada Games Aquatic Centre – Daily (please see special notes below)

Weeks 8 – Oakridge Outdoor Pool – Tuesday & Thursday

Indoor facilities are used only during inclement weather. Please note that locations and facilities may change based on availability, and any updates will be communicated to parents promptly.

Some swim facilities require all campers to complete a lifeguard-administered swim test. Campers who do not pass the swim test may have limited swim time or be subject to other pool restrictions. Certain pools mandate that campers of specific ages wear lifejackets at all times, regardless of swimming ability.

Daily swimming is not guaranteed and is dependent on the availability of pool facilities.

Drop Off and Directions:
Turn onto Campus Dr. on the west side of the Stronach Baseball Diamond, take the first left and drop off will be on your left hand side. Drop off is in the parking lot off of Campus Dr. in front of the soccer field across from Merlin Residence.

Stronach Recreation – Daily (please see special notes below)

From White Oaks Rd, head east on Bradley Ave. Turn right onto Ernest Ave. Turn left into the entrance of St. Anthony French Immersion Catholic School. Drop-off is in the parking lot in of the school.

Registration Policies.

Please review our terms and conditions below. By completing a camp registration, you are agreeing to our policies and terms and conditions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellation requests received are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per camper.
If written cancellation is received by the registration office at least 14 days BEFORE the start of the camp week, a refund (less the $100 cancellation fee per child) will be provided.
If written cancellation is made to the registration office within 14 days of camp starting, consideration will only be given to either switching weeks OR a camp credit.
No refunds will be provided once camp has started for any reason.
There are no refunds given due to bad weather.
Refunds will not be provided for days that a camper does not attend camp due to illness or other commitment.
Any changes to your registered weeks of camp (i.e. switch to another week) are subject to a $15 fee per occurrence.
All credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable 2.4% processing fee.

Programming

Royal City Soccer Club reserves the right to change or update our policies, terms and conditions, and/or programming. This includes instances where the Ministry of Health or health professionals may make recommendations and/or changes to infectious disease guidelines prior to and/or during the summer.

Inclement Weather

Camp will continue at a designated shelter or indoor facility until any severe weather clears. However, regular soccer and active games might not be played indoors during this time. There are no refunds due to bad weather.

Extended Care

We have extended hours available for purchase during the registration process.

For MORNING sessions:

Before care: 8 – 8:30am ($30/camper per week)
After care: 12:30 – 1pm ($30/camper per week)
Before & after care: ($50/camper per week)

For FULL DAY sessions:

Before care: 8 – 8:30am ($30/camper per week)
After care: 4:30 – 5pm ($30/camper per week)
Before & after care: ($50/camper per week)

During these extended care times, your child will be supervised by our staff while engaging in a variety of quiet or active informal activities. The before and after care service is non-refundable regardless of how many days that week you wish to use the service.

Late Pick Up

We ask you to make sure you pick up your camper(s) by 5pm at the latest (if you have purchased extended care).

If you pick up your camper(s) after 5:00pm, there is a $20 fee per 15 minute delay. We reserve the right to ask you to withdraw from camp for multiple late pick up occurrences past 5:00pm.
